No longer takes card payments from Irish banks which defeats the purpose of having an Ireland app... Ewallet payments are very buggy too. Tried to buy parking and met with a payment failed message, but ewallet was charged anyway.
It's very handy, however it will not allow me to apply the €20 I put in the Apcoa eWallet to pay and I have to put it on my card through the app instead!
For some reason this will no longer accept my card details for payment on the app. Worked fine a week a couple of weeks ago. Stay away from this app, nightmare
Be very careful when using this app.. make sure your payment is received. The app doesn't always work is my experience, and you can return to your car to find it clamped.. with no recourse.

Clunky, outdated design. Card payment requires about five attempts usually to actually purchase a parking ticket
Useless app. Hidden fees and you cannot contact customer service
Was in a rush to catch a bus and tried paying for parking with this app and it kept giving me an error. Had to get change for the machine and missed my bus!!
Avoid - DO NOT USE UNLESS DESPARATE. Designed to maximise APCOA profit. Be careful buying a ticket on the App especially if you have more than 1 car as it will use the default and they will not refund you even if you bring it to their attention. This happened to me and they clamped me at Kent station Cork late on a Friday night. I hate the app and using them and always look for an alternative option. This is the worst app I have used and if you can pay with cash (coins) I would recommend doing so as if anything goes wrong you have no options and they don't care. James (Clonakilty) West Cork
